Construction Scheduling Manager
This role is for an experienced Senior Scheduler / Scheduling Manager to join a growing GC in South Florida. The position requires hands-on scheduling leadership, mentoring junior schedulers, and working directly with project teams on large-scale commercial and multifamily projects.

Description
- Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accuracy and alignment with field conditions.
- Partner with PMs, Supers, and project teams to support planning, sequencing, and resource allocation.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to existing schedulers, fostering team growth.
- Regularly walk jobsites and meet with teams to validate progress and resolve scheduling challenges.
- Produce and present schedule updates for stakeholders, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
Profile
- At least 5+ years as a Planner/Scheduler, with consistent experience using P6 (minimum 3 years).
- Background with a GC in multifamily or commercial projects highly preferred.
- Prior field experience as a PM or Superintendent is a strong plus.
- Collaborative and humble leadership style - avoids ego and supports project teams in developing plans.
- Strong communicator with client-facing experience.
