Wire Payment Consultant

We are seeking a knowledgeable Wire Payment Consultant for a temporary role in our Banking & Financial Services department. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, with an emphasis on wire payment processing and transactions/accounting.

Description

• Process and handle wire payments accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal controls.
• Provide superior customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the banking and financial services team.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
• Contribute to the overall success of the banking and financial services department.

Profile

A successful 'Wire Payment Consultant' should have:

• Bilingual ability in Mandarin & English
• A solid understanding of the banking and financial services industry.
• Experience with wire payment processing and transactions.
• IT background a plus
• An eye for detail and accuracy.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
