The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant commercial experience, particularly in large ground-up projects ($20M+). In this role, you will manage construction operations for projects within an hour of Portland, ensuring that each project meets time, budget, and quality objectives.

Superintendent - Large Ground Up Commercial - Portland, ME - Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to successfully execute projects ranging from $8M to $20M.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure the timely and accurate completion of tasks and milestones.
- Coordinate the preparation and maintenance of project schedules and budgets.
- Maintain a strong understanding of project scopes and contract documents.
- Conduct on-site inspections, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Report regularly on project status, challenges, and successes to senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
