Traveling Superintendent- QSR Construction
As Site Superintendent you will be responsible for running the job site from start to finish working alongside the Project Manager to help deliver the project on time and on budget. The superintendent will need to be able to organize schedules and work in a fast paced environment.

This construction firm has been in the market for over 30 years and has established clients within the Quick Serve Restaurant space in several states including OK, TX, AR and KS.
Description
- Manage daily on-site operations and supervise subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Monitor project schedules and coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders.
- Conduct inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly.

Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Prior Experience with QSR projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and scheduling.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
Job Offer
