Superintendent - NH/Maine/ North Shore - $150k
We're supporting a leading, privately held construction management firm with more than 30 years of proven success across New England. Due to a major influx of new work-including nine recently awarded projects-the team is hiring a mid‑level Superintendent (5+ years) with strong tenure and sector-specific experience. This role offers stability, growth, and the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful ground-up and renovation projects.

Our client is a full-service construction management firm known for their client-first approach, hands-on leadership team, and long-standing reputation in retail, automotive, hospitality, academic, and light industrial markets. With ~120 employees across office and field operations, they deliver high-quality ground-up projects typically ranging from $2M-$20M.
They continue to grow regionally, securing a substantial pipeline that includes automotive programs, hospitality work across NH & ME, and expanding partnerships with a major defense contractor
Description
As a Superintendent, you will:
- Lead field operations for ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $2M-$20M.
- Manage subcontractors, daily site activities, schedule coordination, and jobsite safety.
- Oversee quality control, inspections, and compliance with local and state building codes.
- Partner closely with the Senior Superintendent (your direct manager) to maintain schedule and budget targets.
- Interface with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Assist with project documentation, including daily logs, look-ahead schedules, and safety reporting.
- Represent the company on job sites across MA, NH, ME, and RI-with occasional travel receiving additional compensation and per diem.

Job Offer
- Base salary: $125,000-$150,000
