Description

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, cost controls, and cash flow to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, sequencing work to meet contractual milestones.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure quality and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress pay applications.
• Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues related to scope, cost, schedule, and constructability.
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to report progress and resolve concerns.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience leading projects in the commercial, industrial, or manufacturing spaces
• Track record of successfull running projects valued at $8M+
• Experience with preconctruction concepts in order to collaborate with precon team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be the main point of contact for key clientele

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary of $120,000 - $135,000 based on qualifications
