Senior Project Manager- Garden Style Apartment

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of an $80M garden-style apartment project in Davie, FL. This individual will oversee the project from pre-construction through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are met.

Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of a large-scale, $80M garden-style apartment project, from pre-construction to turnover.

• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project efficiency.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality control, and compliance requirements.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, fostering strong relationships.

• Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and provide detailed reports on project status.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong background in multifamily housing.

• Proven experience managing large-scale garden-style apartment projects valued at $80M or more.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive project success.

• Expertise in scheduling software, project management tools, and budget tracking.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
