Senior Project Manager- Garden Style Apartment
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of an $80M garden-style apartment project in Davie, FL. This individual will oversee the project from pre-construction through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are met.

Description
Manage the full lifecycle of a large-scale, $80M garden-style apartment project, from pre-construction to turnover.
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality control, and compliance requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, fostering strong relationships.
Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and provide detailed reports on project status.
Profile
10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong background in multifamily housing.
Proven experience managing large-scale garden-style apartment projects valued at $80M or more.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive project success.
Expertise in scheduling software, project management tools, and budget tracking.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
