Senior Project Manager- Multifamily

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Description

• Lead and manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring alignment with design, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project objectives, strategies, and deliverables.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Supervise the on-site construction team, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for stakeholders, maintaining clear and proactive communication.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within multifamily construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
