Senior Structural Project Manager- Multifamily
An experienced Senior Structural Project Manager is needed to oversee high-rise apartment shell construction projects in Fort Lauderdale and Miami. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise to drive the successful execution of complex structural builds.

Description
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-rise structural projects in Fort Lauderdale and Miami.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Lead teams of superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with developers, general contractors, and design teams to address structural challenges.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Drive operational efficiency by implementing best practices and innovative construction methodologies.
Profile
- 10+ years of experience in structural construction with a focus on high-rise apartments.
- Proven track record of managing shell construction projects in South Florida.
- Strong knowledge of concrete, post-tensioning, and formwork systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
