Tilt Wall Superintendent
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Superintendent with Tilt Wall experience to join our dynamic construction team in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will oversee Commercial Projects including tilt-up work, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Client Details
Our client is a General Contractor focused on Commercial Construction Projects based in South Florida. They built a variety of commercial structures including Tilt-Wall warehouses.
Description
- Supervise all aspects of tilt wall construction projects, from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on the job site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage the scheduling of labor and equipment to optimize productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, to provide updates and address concerns.
- Train and mentor site personnel on best practices and safety protocols.
Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
