Description

• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team to meet production and safety goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Review KPIs including OEE, to track performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all maintenance activities.
• Work with Senior leadership to develop budgets and weigh on site strategy.
• Manage budgets and resources for maintenance projects and repairs.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize equipment performance and production.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Profile

• A background in engineering or a related field, with a focus on industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Proven leadership skills to guide and motivate a team effectively.
• Background in a plastics manufacturing environment is heavily preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of machinery, equipment, and maintenance processes.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.

Job Offer

• Base salary $130,000 - $145,000 depending on level of experience.
• Annual site bonus incentive based on revenue.
• 3 Weeks PTO.
