Superintendent - High-End Custom Homes & Historic Restorations

Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Superintendent with 3-5 years of relevant experience to oversee multiple high-end residential projects across Greater Boston and beyond. The Superintendent will manage 4-5 jobs at a time, ranging from complete historic home tear-downs to custom renovations.

Description

The Responsibilities of the Superintendent:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for 4-5 concurrent residential projects.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate closely with the Owner and project stakeholders to align goals and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for project documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
• Lead problem-solving on site, anticipating and addressing issues efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and the project team.

Profile

The Successful Superintendent for this Role:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Residential Superintendent.
• Proven background in managing multiple high-end residential or historic restoration projects.
• Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam (required - no training provided).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Team-oriented personality - thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Must be commutable to Hyde Park, MA, and able to travel to project locations across Greater Boston and Eastern MA (including Provincetown).

Job Offer
