My client, a renowned General Contractor, has been Operating in Milwaukee and Illinois for over 15 years. They have won work in Madison, and are looking to build out a full Madison office. They are looking for someone that can help them build out this operating group, and spearhead the estimating, project management, and business development in the region. This role offers generous compensation, WFH option, and a growth path to Project Executive in 18-30 months.

Description
- Manage construction projects
- Assure all projects are built to drawings and specification
- Assure all materials orders are executed
- Maintaining schedule and meet deadlines
- Work alongside and communicate with sub contractors to move projects forward
- Maintain and organize field documents (Drawings, specifications, etc.)
- Participate in company training sessions
- Assure site superintendents maintain clean and safe sites
Profile
- 7+ years commercial construction management experience
- Interest in interacting with clients/owners
- Estimating experience on commercial projects
- Easy-going, self-motivated, honest, and collaborative
- Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Project)
- Proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing projects
- Strong management ability
- Construction management or civil engineering degree preferred
