Description

  • Manage all aspects of lateral attorney recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent within the legal industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify staffing needs and provide hiring recommendations.
  • Oversee candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with external recruiting firms and other talent acquisition partners.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to ensure competitive recruitment practices.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies related to recruitment and hiring practices.

Profile

A successful Legal Recruiting Manager should have:

  • A strong background in legal recruiting (required).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of recruitment compliance and best practices.
  • Ability to work onsite in Manhattan 4 days a week.
