The Legal Recruiting Manager will oversee the lateral attorney recruitment process, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with firm goals. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of recruiting within the legal industry.

Description
- Manage all aspects of lateral attorney recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent within the legal industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify staffing needs and provide hiring recommendations.
- Oversee candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Maintain and manage relationships with external recruiting firms and other talent acquisition partners.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to ensure competitive recruitment practices.
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies related to recruitment and hiring practices.

Profile
A successful Legal Recruiting Manager should have:
- A strong background in legal recruiting (required).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance and best practices.
- Ability to work onsite in Manhattan 4 days a week.
