Description

• Oversee LIHTC, Section 8, and affordable housing property management operations in Bronx & Harlem
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations, Section 8 requirements, and local housing laws
• Lead, mentor, and support on-site affordable housing property management teams
• Monitor property performance, budgets, and operational metrics
• Manage tenant relations within regulated affordable housing environments
• Collaborate with compliance, asset management, and operations teams
• Prepare reports on affordable housing portfolio performance for leadership
• Drive operational efficiency across multi-site property management portfolios

Profile

A successful Regional Manager for Bronx & Harlem should have:
