Regional Manager Bronx & Harlem
The Regional Manager for Bronx & Harlem will oversee LIHTC, Section 8, and affordable housing property management operations across a multi-site portfolio. This role focuses on operational performance, compliance, and tenant satisfaction within regulated affordable housing communities.

Description
- Oversee LIHTC, Section 8, and affordable housing property management operations in Bronx & Harlem
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations, Section 8 requirements, and local housing laws
- Lead, mentor, and support on-site affordable housing property management teams
- Monitor property performance, budgets, and operational metrics
- Manage tenant relations within regulated affordable housing environments
- Collaborate with compliance, asset management, and operations teams
- Prepare reports on affordable housing portfolio performance for leadership
- Drive operational efficiency across multi-site property management portfolios

Profile
A successful Regional Manager for Bronx & Harlem should have:
- Extensive experience in LIHTC, Section 8, or affordable housing property management
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-site property management teams
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations and compliance
- Experience overseeing budgets and financial performance
- Excellent communication and tenant relations skills
