Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations of properties in the Bronx and or Harlem regions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property management regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
• Monitor property performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
• Supervise and support property management staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to maintain property standards.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates.

Profile

A successful Regional Manager should have:
