Regional Manager Bronx/Harlem
The Regional Manager will oversee property operations for sizable LIHTC portfolios in either Bronx or Harlem, ensuring optimal performance, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with regulations. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills in the property industry.

Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations of properties in the Bronx and or Harlem regions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property management regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Monitor property performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
- Supervise and support property management staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to maintain property standards.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates.

Profile
A successful Regional Manager should have:
- Property management experience in LIHTC or at least affordable housing is essential to this role.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
- Ability to analyze property performance and implement strategic improvements.
- Familiarity with property management regulations and compliance requirements.
