Description

• Design, develop and maintain data architecture within an AWS environment.
• Collaborate with data analysts and other stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Implement data optimization and cleaning measures to ensure data integrity and usability.
• Develop and implement machine learning models to drive business insights.
• Conduct performance testing and monitoring of all data management systems.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provide technical leadership on data engineering projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends in data engineering.

Profile

A successful Software Engineer in Data Engineering should have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficiency in data architecture and modeling.
• Strong experience with cloud services, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and other data engineering tools and languages.
• Experience with machine learning models and algorithms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Technical Requirements

• Must-have:
  • Python
  • Strong ETL experience (especially transforming & loading data)
• Nice-to-have:
  • Terraform
