Construction Project Manager (Retail) - Manhattan, NY

- Manage luxury interior projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement.
- Coordinate closely with designers, architects, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure quality execution across high‑end finishes, millwork, and custom details.
- Drive project timelines while maintaining exceptional standards and client satisfaction.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing luxury interior projects across retail, residential, and/or commercial sectors.
- Strong understanding of high‑end finishes, detailing, and complex coordination.
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple high‑touch projects.
