Superintendent - Charlotte, NC
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee upcoming K-12 projects in the Charlotte region. This is a full-time, on-site role with strong long-term pipeline opportunities. Candidates must have proven tenure and leadership experience on large public or educational projects.

Description
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites in Charlotte, NC, ensuring project timelines are met.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations at the construction site.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards in all construction activities.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to project activities.
- Facilitate clear communication between all team members and stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- A strong background in the construction industry, particularly in project management.
- Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams on-site effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements for construction projects.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
