We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee upcoming K-12 projects in the Charlotte region. This is a full-time, on-site role with strong long-term pipeline opportunities. Candidates must have proven tenure and leadership experience on large public or educational projects.

Description

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites in Charlotte, NC, ensuring project timelines are met.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project goals.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations at the construction site.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards in all construction activities.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to project activities.
• Facilitate clear communication between all team members and stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:
