MEP Superintendent- Large Reputable GC- Boston

We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead and oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations on construction projects in Boston. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in the construction industry who can ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Description

• Manage the day-to-day activities of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on construction sites.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure project schedules and quality standards are met.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with project managers and other teams to develop and maintain project schedules.
• Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for MEP systems.
• Identify and resolve construction-related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and logs.
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
