Assistant Project Manager
A respected South Florida general contractor is seeking an organized and driven Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and execution of commercial and institutional construction projects in the Miami area. This role is ideal for someone with early project management experience who is eager to grow within a dynamic and professional construction team.

Description
You will work closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination of all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
Collaborate with field teams and subcontractors to ensure timely communication and documentation.
Maintain and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project logs.
Help prepare progress reports and participate in client and subcontractor meetings.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and quality expectations.
Interface with clients, consultants, and internal team members to support project goals.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2-4 years of experience in a construction project coordination or management support role.
Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and project documentation.
Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
