System Project Manager

The System Project Manager will lead the delivery of cross-functional projects, including a major Workday ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with regulatory, risk, and technical standards. Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Workday ERP implementation, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, and budget.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with the clients governance framework and alignment with regulatory standards, including US GAAP.

• Oversee integration and alignment of key systems such as Salesforce and Workiva with Workday and other enterprise platforms.

• Engage and align stakeholders across business and IT, facilitating clear communication and expectation management.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RAID logs, decision registers, and governance reports.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing and coordinating deliverables.

• Collaborate with business SMEs and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable project outcomes.

Profile

A successful candidate for this System Project Manager role will have proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations, particularly Workday, with a strong understanding of US GAAP, Salesforce, and Workiva integrations. They will possess excellent project management skills and demonstrate the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives within a regulated financial environment.

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, manage risk, and deliver results on time and within budget.

Having a strong financial services background is essential for this role.

Job Offer

This contract role offers a 12 month contract opportunity, the ability to work on a hybrid schedule(3 days onsite in Downtown Manhattan), and an immediate start date.
