Director of Quality - Manufacturing - Salisbury, MA

This Director of Quality role leads the end-to-end quality strategy across global operations, driving compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. You'll act as the senior technical authority for quality while influencing strategy at the highest levels of the organization.

Description

• Define and execute the global quality strategy, goals, and long-term vision
• Provide executive-level leadership across all quality functions and regions
• Ensure compliance and continuous improvement across ISO, aerospace, automotive, and military quality systems
• Lead management reviews, audits, and system performance evaluations
• Oversee customer and supplier quality programs, including audits and corrective actions
• Build, develop, and mentor high-performing quality teams with strong succession plans
• Own the quality department budget and resource planning

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Master's preferred)
• 15+ years of progressive experience within Quality Assurance leadership
• Background in high-volume manufacturing, ideally within a regulated environment
• Deep expertise in quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (citizenship or permanent residency required)
