Description

The Project Executive serves as a senior operational leader responsible for overseeing a portfolio of major construction Data Center projects. This individual provides executive‑level direction, ensures client satisfaction, manages financial performance, and leads high‑level planning across multiple market sectors.

  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership across multiple large‑scale construction projects.
  • Strengthen and manage long‑term client relationships with consistent communication and executive‑level partnership.
  • Lead, coach, and support project teams while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee project budgets, risk management, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Drive a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in business development, including proposals, presentations, and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on staffing, regional growth, and long‑range planning.

Profile

  • 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
  • Data Center project experience is required - if not, then needs to have complex, large-scale projects
  • Demonstrated success overseeing multimillion‑dollar portfolios.
  • Strong financial, contractual, and operational understanding of general construction.
  • Excellent communication skills with proven client‑facing experience.
  • Ability to mentor and develop high‑performing project teams.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
