LoanIQ Business Analyst

We are seeking an IT Business Anlayst with SME-level experience in Loan IQ and Loan IQ migrations. This position will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client's Global Finance and Trade Finance systems, working closely with IT and business stakeholders to resolve incidents and document user requirements.

A Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.

Description

• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and support users with FBTI and Loan IQ applications.

• Gather and document business requirements across Global Banking units, creating BRDs, FSDs, and user stories.

• Analyze data and build Power BI dashboards; map current and future process flows to support operations.

• Lead workshops, create user guides, and identify process and system improvements for better efficiency.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES 3-DAYS ONSITE IN NEW YORK CITY!

Profile

• Experience with Loan IQ or FBTI software is required.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.

• 5+ years in Global Banking with strong product knowledge.

• Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and large-scale data analysis.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
