Superintendent- Mechanical

My client is looking for an experienced Superintendent to join their growing Spokane team and help manage their mechanical and general contracting projects from start to finish.

My client is a Design-Build General Contractor with a core focus on delivering high-quality mechanical services, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping, for commercial and industrial projects. They take pride in managing every aspect of the construction process by also acting as the General Contractor for projects. They are committed to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Description

• Lead and manage on-site construction activities for mechanical and design-build projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors, vendors, and site workers, ensuring that all project phases are executed smoothly.
• Monitor project schedules, labor hours, and productivity to ensure efficient project progression.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality control, ensuring that all work complies with project specifications, codes, and company standards.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and design teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient problem-solving.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee safety protocols and ensure that all OSHA and company safety regulations are strictly followed.
• Prepare and submit daily reports, including project status updates, labor logs, and any incidents or delays.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Site Supervisor within the construction industry, with a focus on mechanical and general contracting projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping) and design-build construction processes.
• Excellent knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate subcontractors and site teams.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Job Offer

$100,000-$140,000
