Director of Finance - Manufacturing

The Director of Finance-Manufacturing will oversee accounting as well as provide strategic financial leadership for the business. This key role will oversee accounting, financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.

Description

• As the Director of Finance you will oversee accounting, financial planning and budgeting processes for the business
• Develop and implement strategic financial objectives in line with company goals
• Manage and mitigate financial risk through effective policies and controls
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic business decisions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Drive continuous improvement in financial performance and efficiency
• Lead and mentor a team of six across accounting and cost accounting
• Report and work closely with the CEO and co-founder
• This role is located in Scottsdale, AZ

Profile

A successful Director of Finance-Manufacturing should have:

• Extensive knowledge of accounting and financial management within the manufacturing sector
• Degree in Accounting or a related field, CPA or CMA is preferred
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor a team
• Exceptional strategic planning and financial analysis abilities
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A proven track record in driving financial performance and efficiency
• This role is located in Scottsdale, AZ
