Description

• Lead the full project lifecycle for clean rooms, active hospitals, labs, and technical facilities
• Manage cost, schedule, buyout, forecasting, and contract administration
• Drive subcontractor performance, sequencing, and accountability on the team
• Partner closely with Superintendents, BIM/VDC teams, and engineers to maintain coordination and schedule
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and documentation with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
• Interface directly with owners, architects, engineers, commissioning agents, and inspectors
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO classifications, QA/QC requirements, and AHJ standards
• Lead commissioning, closeout, and turnover documentation

Profile

• 8-12+ years of experience as a PM with a commercial GC
• Direct experience delivering clean rooms, labs, life sciences, or MEP‑intensive projects
• Strong understanding of controlled‑environment construction
• Confident communicator with owners, consultants, and trade partners
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling tools, and BIM environments
