• Typical project size of $10M - $20M

Description

• Assisting project managers with estimating, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
• No travel
• Assisting with the management of multiple projects at the same time
• Maintaining a strong line of communication at all times
• Report directly to multiple project managers

Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in construction management
• Construction related degree or prior experience
• Prior GC experience preferred
• Hard working and career motivated individual
• Has worked with multifamily projects in the past
