Manufacturing Engineer - Aerospace Manufacturing - Windsor, CT
The Manufacturing Engineer will design, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace components. This role involves using advanced software tools, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Description
This Manufacturing Engineer will:
- Develop manufacturing processes using CAD/CAM tools.
- Validate processes and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with teams to align project schedules with production timelines.
- Oversee manufacturing processes and apply lean principles to reduce waste.
- Support tooling, fabrication, and assembly operations.

Profile
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
- Proficiency in (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and CNC programming.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial/process engineering.
- Familiarity with GD&T principles and vision inspection systems.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
