Project Manager - Luxury Home Construction
- Project Manager for a GC working on Luxury Homes & Country Club work
- Work throughout Palm Beach county
Client Details
This reptuable construction management/ general contractor is well known for their work in the custom residential & work on high end commercial such as country club work in the West Palm area. They are dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, superior quality, and unparalleled client satisfaction.
Description
- Manage all phases of luxury home and country club new construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, quality control, and adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites.
Profile
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in custom home construction and/or country club new construction.
- Strong knowledge of high-end residential building practices, materials, and finishes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with high-profile clients.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
