Description

• Manage all phases of luxury home and country club new construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, quality control, and adherence to project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in custom home construction and/or country club new construction.
• Strong knowledge of high-end residential building practices, materials, and finishes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with high-profile clients.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
