Description

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee and direct subcontractors and construction teams to meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections as a Superintendent to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, adjusting as needed to meet project requirements.
• Resolve on-site challenges and unforeseen issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting for all phases of the construction process.
