Description

• Oversee daily onsite operations for healthcare interior construction projects.
• Manage subcontractors, coordinate trade sequencing, and maintain strict safety and infection control standards.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare facility protocols, inspections, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detailed daily logs, manage site logistics, and deliver high‑quality finishes.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to track progress, solve issues, and ensure seamless communication with clients and facility staff.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:
