Description

• Lead and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project completion aligns with timelines and budgets.
• As a Superintendent, work with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including daily reports and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
• Resolve any on-site challenges or delays that may arise during construction.
