Description

Quality Engineer:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product quality standards are met.
• Conduct root cause analysis of product defects and identify corrective and preventive actions to address issues.
• Perform regular product inspections and audits to verify compliance with internal and external quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure product quality throughout the production process.
• Design and implement testing protocols for new products and ensure they meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data from quality tests, audits, and inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support the development and execution of product validation plans to ensure that products meet functional and performance criteria.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Continuously monitor industry standards and incorporate best practices into the company's quality management system.

Profile

Quality Engineer:

• Proven experience in quality engineering, with a strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and corrective/preventive action techniques.
• Ability to design, implement, and manage quality assurance processes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Strong knowledge of inspection, testing, and audit methodologies to assess product and process quality.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and ability to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, FDA).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Experience with various quality control tools and software (e.g., Six Sigma, SPC, Minitab).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain thorough documentation and track quality metrics.
• A proactive mindset, with a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving quality improvements in all processes.
