Construction Project Manager
This is an opportunity to join a construction company experiencing rapid expansion, with a strong backlog and a growing pipeline of projects. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale, ground-up projects across Connecticut, focusing primarily on public sector work.

Description
- Oversee project execution from pre-construction through completion
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to achieve project goals
- Lead teams to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget
Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale ground-up projects, ideally in education, DOT, or municipal work
- Strong tenure and leadership skills, able to guide teams through complex builds
- CT construction market experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and communicate effectively
