Our client is a General Contractor seeking a Senior Superintendent in Albuquerque to lead healthcare, general commercial, and K-12 projects, overseeing field operations, schedules, and subcontractor coordination to ensure successful project delivery. Description

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience
• Proven track record managing commercial construction projects
• Experience with project scheduling & updates (P6 preferred, Procore is a plus)
• Strong history of delivering projects on time & within budget
• Ability to lead field teams, mentor staff, and drive project success
• Experience working with clients, owners, and trade partners to ensure project alignment

Job Offer

The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package including:

• Base Salary: $85,4010 - $127,000 DOE

• Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary for senior-level roles
