Area Reliability Manager
You will ensure equipment and systems operate efficiently and reliably by developing and implementing preventative maintenance strategies, conducting root cause analyses, and improving overall system performance.

The Organization is a leading manufacturer with multiple sites in the U.S. specializing in environmentally friendly agriculture solutions across various industries. Their product offerings include erosion control, vegetation enhancement, sports field maintenance, and soil revitalization.
Description
- Lead and oversee the implementation of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Develop and manage predictive and preventative maintenance strategies across multiple facilities.
- Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) to identify and eliminate recurring equipment issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for reliability improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards in all reliability-related activities.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to maintenance and reliability staff.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies, such as condition monitoring and predictive analytics, to enhance reliability practices.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors to source and maintain critical spare parts inventory.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in reliability engineering or maintenance management within manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of reliability methodologies, such as RCM, FMEA, and RCA.
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or CRE (Certified Reliability Engineer) are a plus.
Job Offer
- Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000
