Construction Project Engineer - Ground Up Digester Projects
We are looking for a Project Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join the engineering team. This role supports ground-up digester projects, innovative facilities that convert manure and food waste into renewable energy through advanced processing. The Project Engineer will report to the Senior Engineering Manager as part of a 15-20 person team, collaborating across departments to ensure the successful execution of projects.

The Project Engineer is responsible for:
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders within the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure effective communication and adherence to project schedules, handling typical challenges with flexibility and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Contribute to projects nationwide, helping build digesters that support farm sustainability while producing clean, renewable energy.
Profile
The right candidate has the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in project engineering, ideally in Civil, Gas, Oil, Solar, Industrial, or Renewable Energy sectors.
- Strong adaptability and critical thinking, with the ability to manage a growing range of responsibilities.
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
- AutoCAD experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
Job Offer
The Project Engineer will receive:
- Base salary up to $90K
- 401K
