The Global Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple large‑scale, complex initiatives across a global supply organization. This role owns full lifecycle project execution, including planning, resourcing, budgeting, risk management, and delivery against defined milestones and strategic objectives.

Description

• Lead a portfolio of complex, large‑scale global projects across multiple business units
* Provide full lifecycle project leadership from initiation through deployment and closeout
* Ensure projects align with global operational and commercial strategies
* Build, motivate, and lead cross‑functional, cross‑regional project teams
* Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, risks, and change controls
* Manage interdependencies across technology, operations, supply chain, and business functions
* Oversee vendor relationships and external stakeholder coordination
* Deliver executive‑level communication, status updates, and strategic insights
* Develop project plans, reporting, presentations, proposals, and performance analyses
* Monitor progress, manage risks, mitigate issues, and control critical path activities
* Establish and mature project management processes, governance, tools, and templates
* Drive process improvement initiatives and support internal quality issue resolution
* Stay current on project management methodologies, tools, and industry best practices
* Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure integrated execution

Profile

A successful Global Project Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
* PMP certification required
* 5+ years of hands‑on project management experience
* Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives within manufacturing or operations
* Life sciences industry exposure preferred
* Familiarity with process and production validation, ISO‑13485 and ISO‑9001 preferred
* Strong experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk
* Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio)
* Executive‑level communication and stakeholder management capabilities
* Strong collaboration skills across global teams and business units
