Description

• Manage and process payroll operations accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Maintain and update payroll records and systems as needed.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources department to ensure seamless integration of payroll and HR functions.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports and related documentation.
• Implement and maintain payroll best practices to improve efficiency.
• Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations.

Profile

A successful Payroll Manager should have:

• 7+ years of in-house payroll experience
• Strong understanding of union payroll, compliance, and tax filings
• Experience with Sage highly preferred
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Human Resources and other teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all payroll tasks.

Job Offer

• Salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 per year.
