Description

As the Project Manager/Estimator - Demolition Project Exp - Kittery ME you will:

• Support and manage demolition/environmental projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Perform takeoffs, create estimates, and assist in bid proposals
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and scheduling
• Work closely with senior leadership, including the SPM and leadership partner for the environmental division
• Utilize Procore for project tracking, documentation, and communication

Profile

The successful Project Manager/Estimator will have:

• Experience in demolition, asbestos abatement, or sitework required
• Open to a wide range of experience levels (junior to senior)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with Procore is preferred
• Must be commutable to Kittery, ME

Job Offer

The Project Manager/Estimator will receive:

• Compensation up to $95K - $125K+ (commensurate with experience)
• Full Medical & Dental Package (100% for individuals)
