Client Details
Our client is a well‑respected commercial interiors general contractor known for delivering modern office buildouts, amenity spaces, and polished interiors for top Manhattan and NYC clients. - Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and competitive bids for commercial interior projects.
- Review drawings, specs, and subcontractor proposals to ensure accuracy and complete scope coverage.
- Engage in subcontractor outreach, pricing, and scope reviews for interiors‑focused trades.
- Collaborate with PMs and leadership on budgeting, value engineering, and project strategy.
- Maintain current knowledge of materials, finishes, millwork, fixtures, and market pricing.
- Support preconstruction planning and ensure a seamless turnover to project teams.

Profile
A successful Estimator should have:
- Experience estimating commercial interiors or office fit‑out projects (NYC experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of finishes, millwork, MEP coordination, and interior construction sequencing.
- Clear communicator with solid subcontractor relationships and strong organizational skills.
- A proactive, team‑oriented professional who enjoys fast‑paced, design-forward work.
