Head of Finance and Administration - North America

An entrepreneurial minded Head of Finance to support the CEO in a period of sustained growth. You must thrive in a start up environment, be a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial challenges and opportunities.

Reporting to a French parent company, you must have prior experience of IFRS and international reporting experience.

Client Details

Our client is a wholly owned subsidiary of a French Publicly traded conglomerate. With close to $100mn invested in this project since 2016, our client is a vertically integrated food manufacturing operation (they process what they grow) with a manufacturing and farming base in Florida and Georgia. Our clients products are present in over 5,500 supermarkets in the USA and growing.

Description

Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including financial controls, accounting processes and financial reporting(IFRS).

You will ensure accurate consolidate monthly reporting to the European HQ and support the CEO in preparing financial plans, including budget and re-forecast.

You will propose and implement actions plans to ensure the overall achievement of financial objective's.

Profile

The successful candidate will be CPA(preferred) with a track record in the Consumer packaged goods industry(preferably food/beverage)

You will be based in Jacksonville, Florida and have a proven ability to work independently with a liking of multi-tasking as this is a fast paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environment.

The ideal candidate will have reported to a European HQ previously with a second language preferred(French)
