Reporting directly to the CFO, the FP&A Manager will focus on financial planning and analysis-including forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management. The role also includes a systems and performance management component, helping to streamline processes within a complex organizational structure. Description

FP&A Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the organization's consolidation process and tools, supporting the consolidation of approximately 100 legal entities, both operational and non-operational. Serve as the primary finance contact for system availability, issue resolution, and outages, coordinating with global finance teams and third-party providers as needed.
• Lead FP&A activities including forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow reporting. Extract and interpret financial data from FP&A and consolidation tools to provide actionable insights for management and stakeholders.
• Drive system enhancements, manage upgrades, and maintain the daily configuration of OneStream and other financial systems. Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes within a complex organizational structure.
• Develop, maintain, and improve financial reporting to support both internal decision-making and external compliance, including statutory reporting, consolidated financials, and management reporting for Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and other key stakeholders.
• Analyze financial performance across P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows, and Free Cash Flows. Provide insights to support strategic decisions and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Design and implement standardized processes and reporting frameworks, collaborating with leadership across multiple levels to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
• Significant FP&A experience within a global, multi-entity environment, including exposure to consolidation processes and financial data flows.
• Hands-on experience managing or supporting consolidation tools.
• Proven ability to understand and manage the architecture of financial models and key metrics to ensure systems meet both internal and external reporting requirements.
• Strong skills in reporting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
• Highly detail-oriented, project-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities while driving process improvements across the organization.
• Ability to support a global finance team, including responsiveness during system issues or outages.
