The Head of Tax will oversee all aspects of corporate tax compliance, provision, and transfer pricing for a digital entertainment and advertising company. This temporary role in requires strong expertise in tax management to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.

Description

• Manage corporate tax compliance, ensuring accurate filings and adherence to relevant regulations.
• Lead the preparation and review of tax provisions, including quarterly and annual reports.
• Oversee transfer pricing strategies to align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address tax-related inquiries and provide expert guidance.
• Analyze tax implications of business decisions and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of all tax-related projects and audits.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement tax policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Job Offer
