Project Manager - Commercial and Residential Construction - Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Oversee project teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain a clear line of communication across all stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality control, and regulatory standards.
• Utilize ProCore and MS Office for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.

Profile

Project Manager - Commercial and Residential Construction - Will have

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor (GC).
• Experience managing commercial projects, particularly mill conversions, hospitality, or multi-family condos.
• Strong background in mill experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ProCore.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients while managing multiple priorities.
