Description
The Superintendent is responsible for:
- Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage daily field operations, including site safety, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with client and project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison, maintaining strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues or delays effectively and proactively.
- Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including daily reports, change orders, and safety records.
- Lead project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or challenges.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment, supporting the company's family-oriented and collaborative culture.
Profile
The right candidate will have:
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare, academic or commercial construction.
- Proven track record in managing healthcare, academic or commercial projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Southern MA or Cape Cod.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- MUST HAVE CSL
