Description

The Superintendent is responsible for:

• Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage daily field operations, including site safety, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with client and project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison, maintaining strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues or delays effectively and proactively.
• Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including daily reports, change orders, and safety records.
• Lead project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or challenges.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment, supporting the company's family-oriented and collaborative culture.

Profile

The right candidate will have:

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare, academic or commercial construction.
• Proven track record in managing healthcare, academic or commercial projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Southern MA or Cape Cod.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• MUST HAVE CSL
