Description

• Lead commercial interior projects from preconstruction through completion, overseeing budgets, schedules, procurement, and documentation.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, architects, clients, and field staff with confidence and clarity.
• Review drawings, handle RFIs, change orders, and ensure high‑quality delivery of interior finishes and MEP coordination.
• Conduct project meetings, track milestones, resolve issues, and maintain strong communication across all stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents to drive project progress and ensure on‑site excellence.
• Serve as the primary client-facing partner, building trusted relationships and ensuring outstanding project experiences.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
